Cold Facemasks

I love cold Facemasks, my face feels like its refreshing itself. The coldness around my eyes is so nice! Makes me feel sleepy and relaxed. I'm wearing the 'vitamin E' essence mask from Étude House. Good stuff! So far no need to itch underneath the cloth haha.
Do you like cold face masks?
P.s I got my creepy chilled face going on ;p

BRAVE REVIEW + WTS FILMS

 THIS CONTAINS SPOILERS
After hearing about this film for so long i've finally decided to watch it! I thought it was going to be a romantic comedy at first, since the trailer on tv was all like 'you must be married!' Sneaky trailer's (-.-) what it did turn out to be was a strong, heartfelt tale about the relationship between a very traditional mother and a daughter who just wants to live life without her mother poking around.

I can relate to this story, except the bear part. We've all had to endure insistant nagging 'especially when trying to get me out of bed for school hahah' I've never wanted my mother to change exactly, more LISTEN, which is a recurring theme throughout the tale, as well as Nanny Mcphee, now that I think about it.

I get quite strong emotions when watching movies. This may be why I dislike watching scary movies, depending on the actor, I can feel the tension and fright so strongly I get paranoid days after that some dude with a chainsaw is going to pop round the corner and end me, but during that scene when Merida ripped the tapestry her mother had worked so hard to make, I felt like she deserved a punch, more so when she ran away on her horse, then a double whammy when she turned her mother into a bear. Like WHAT. GROVEL & APOLOGISE FOOL. She did eventually, at the end of the film but it took thaaat long.Which I guess was nescessary considering the whole moral of the story (I think) was to listen to eachother and talk it out.
But other than wanting to punch her, the ending also made me cry. I thought It was so sad when her dad was going to kill her mum, and then when she thought her mum was going to be a bear forever. That sounded really stupid when I read it over but it touched my soul! I'd never want to loose my mother, by the hand of my father no less! Traumatising stuff Brave!

Altogether, I thought this was a cool movie, love the accents, easy to follow plot and the age range is universal. I wouldn't replace Jasmine with Merida though. Jasmine made me want to be a princess all those years ago. Merida just makes me want to pick up archery. .wait, instead of taking one away, couldn't they have just added. if someone wanted the whole boxset of disney princesses, they wouldn't mind paying that lil bit extra. INFACT I WANT THE WHOLE BOXSET...(goes on ebay).

The cute credits song!

2013 Lush review: Pheonix

Hello fellow readers! To get a lucky start in 2013 I shall be reviewing the Lush bath bomb : Phoenix! I'm really excited about writing this review, it's a really pleasing product!
Lush products have always been a bit on the pricey side for me but I decided to treat myself this Christmas and indulge.
Appearance: The Pheonix bath bomb is a violent shade of purple and takes on the shape of a fat shot glass. The shape is not like their typical spherical bathbombs but I assure you, you do not get less for what you paid for (£2-£4)
Smell: I wouldn't smell this up close haha, it oozes a strong citrusy spicy smell from a distance. It was quite a nice room refresher before I used it :L
Upon use: the minute I dropped it into the water it turned my bath into a purple monster, like that jelly bath salt Hawkins Bazaar used to sell haha. The purple water had little glitter specks which was cool! I felt like I was one with the galaxy ;p

When I got out the bath my skin was sooo smooth and soft like always with lush bath bombs but in addition... IT WAS SUPER MOISTURIZED AND SPARKLY. Well not Edward Cullen sparkly but I could see them on my arms! My skin has never felt this moisturized before its always been reptilian. It's been 3hours since I had a bath and my skin is still retaining that moisture, whoop!
Hopefully it'll last throughout the night and the next day
Would I recommend this?: I would definitely recommend this bath bomb to other people, especially if thy have dry skin like me. I'd say this bath bomb was more of a bath before going out to party bath bomb, it leaves your skin glittery/moisturized/soft and smelling awesome! You won't even need to put perfume on. . It might clash if I'm honest.
