BIRTHDAAAAAY, Today is my birthday. I went to the Aquarium with my sister and then ate at nandos for lunch. YUM.

Belated Chinese New Year Post

Hello everyone!! Just thought it would do a quick post about chinese new year even though its a bit late hehe.
The days leading up to chinese new year were terrible if i'm honest, and the reason why? EXAMS/COURSEWORK DEADLINES/CONFUSION < -- a lot of stress going on (- -) thankfully i'm not one to grow white hairs when stressed haha.
 
This post will basically be pictures (like always haha) on my new years meal! Onwards!~

Mum made some delicious new year cakes! from left to right we have Turnip cake,..water chestnut cake and..sticky brown sugar cake lmao.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shar and Jen were staying round so we moved to the conservatory to eat our meal ^^ I'm glad there wasnt many awkward turtle silences we tend to have with visitors...usually we have tv noise in the background to compensate ;L

Pawns and egg in yummy tomato sauce ^^ One of my favourite dishes ever! Unlucky that i had a terrible itch around my ear at the time supposedly eatting pawns makes it worse so.. less nom nom for me ):

My mother decided to make..gelatinous mochi looking balls for us, inside were...malteasers.. XD XD but the honey comb insides didn't melt enough so when we bit into it, it was just some melted chocolate and a hard lil crunchy thing hahaa.

 So that was my chinese new year experience this year! How was yours? ;P

1st December...

Yaaay!! We've reached the last month of the yeaaar!!! So many essays to write though :(
My advent calender, percy pig! The actual chocolate tasted a bit dodgy though. but hey, its all for the spirit of christmas!!
