1ST FANCY BOX : COCO ROCHA DECEMBER BOX AT A FIRST GLANCE

HI ALL! As the title says, i'm going to be talking about the Coco Rocha december fancy box!
I'm reviewing it in the middle of february because I went to HK during the christmas holidays, and so sent the box ( all the way from the USA!) to Msdlly's house to keep hold of it! I've just collected it today so lets see what was inside!

As you can see, the box is HUGE. Postage cost would be way less if you condensed this into a smaller package, but I guess it adds to the mystery of whats inside. The shipping was free so i'm not complaining too much!
I managed to get this box with a 30% discount + free shipping but normally

The cost of the Coco Rocha Fancy Box is: $39 + shipping

THE PRODUCTS

My products from left to right:
1. Greeting Cards for all occasions by Rifle Paper co. $5
2.Break Glass Money Box $12
3.Sovanna Earrings by SENHOA $85
4. Quay Sunglasses in leopard print $40
total: $142 = approx : £85

I was expecting what I had seen other people get in their december boxes, like the notebooks and Ted Baker manicure set, but hurrah! I was given something completely different!

The Money Box was great because I needed a new one, but its a shame its a 'one use' short of thing, seeing as i have to apparently bash the glass to get to the money, but i guess it means my moneys are secure for longer! The greeting card was really cute as well!

The story behind the Sovanna earrings was really touching, I'll wear them all the time to encourage people to buy them! This is the background story behind the earrings:

"Golden Shade Swarovski crystals, evoking the rich essence of luminous sunlight hitting the stirring streets of Siem Reap. Sovanna is a homage to the promises of the coming dawn.
Senhoa Foundation supports vulnerable persons and survivors of human trafficking through prevention, rehabilitation and advocacy programs. They provide funding and capacity building through long-lasting partnerships to establish sustainable programs that serve (underprivileged) women and children."

Really Beautiful, I love the way the Swarovski catches the light, The earrings feel a bit heavy after a while, but it's manageable.

The Quay sunglasses would have been my favourite, if they fit my face! My lack of nose bridge made this particular style hard to wear, it kept sliding down my nose! Another problem was that they were squeezing my head a bit but I loved the look of them!
though i wouldn't normally wear leopard print sunglasses about.

The colour was quite nice as well! Like looking into a different dimension through these sunglasses!

To conclude: altogether I thought this fancy box was really nice! I've seen better in some of the previous boxes but i'm happy with my one fancy box at the moment. Unfortunately this was a one off since I don't have the funds to continue getting this box, since i'd have to have it shipped to the UK the postage would cost a little more for me on top of the subscription box itself.
